Höstschemat ligger uppe http://myrbergbjorn.se/ och MISSA INTE våra GRATIS testa-på-yogaklasser onsdag 24 augusti 18.00-19.00 samt måndag 29 augusti 18.00-19.00. Vi har även ÖPPET HUS måndag 29 augusti mellan 16.00-19.30 och vi ger 10% på 10-kort som inhandlas dessa dagar.

I’m back from vacation. I has been amazing! Gotland, Fiskebäckskil, Käringön, Marstrand and Soller(Mallorca I love U).My mind is still somewhat there after a full 5 weeks(3 away), the longest vacation I’ve ever taken. It’s NOT tough getting back on track though…I have so much to look forward to!!!
This summer I have had one Intention and it has been to”Reatreat” Which actually means-The act of pulling back or withdrawing from one place to another. That is what vacation is to me. I am going to use this “Theme”for my classes this week and hopefully you will be able to take this with you into the fall!!!
MyrbergBjörn is about to open the doors in just a few days and it is going to be LOVEly.
